Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Social Media management proficiency
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Prepare, Organize and maintain business records/presentations 
  • Document payments & expenses
  • Liaise with external partners & arrange music studio sessions and print jobs
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications Word, Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
