An OOH Agency is currently seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the role of Operations Executive located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns across various formats (billboards, lamp-poles, digital screens, etc.).

• Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to client specifications 

• Supervision of technical operations officers to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors and site owners to secure inventory and ensure the smooth installation and maintenance of OOH materials.

• Conduct site inspections to verify the proper execution and maintenance of advertisements.

• Manage inventory of advertising materials and tools required for campaign execution.

• Prepare reports on campaign performance, site conditions, and operational challenges.

• Relating with regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals and ensure campaigns comply with industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of an HND in a related field

• 1 – 3 years of experience in operations preferably within an OOH agency or advertising industry

• Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools

• Strong organizational and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
