A  microfinance bank in Abuja, is hiring a *Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)* to safeguard digital assets and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.

*Responsibilities:*  

- Develop and manage an information security strategy.  

- Deploy and maintain security technologies (e.g., firewalls, encryption).  

- Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and global standards.  

- Conduct staff training on risk awareness.  

- Lead the Digital Risk Compliance unit.  

- Advise on cybersecurity threats to the Board and executive management.  

*Requirements:*  

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).  

- Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (mandatory).  

- 10+ years in information security (5+ years in senior leadership).  

- Experience in digital banking or financial services preferred.  

- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
