A  microfinance bank in Abuja, is hiring a *Managing Director* to lead strategic growth, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.

*Responsibilities:*  

- Oversee the bank's relocation to Abuja, ensuring strategic positioning.  

- Drive the digitalization strategy, enhancing online and mobile banking.  

- Implement risk management to maintain CBN’s PAR threshold of 5% or lower.  

- Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and legal obligations.  

- Present quarterly performance and strategy reports to the Board.  

- Monitor financial performance and address budget variances.  

- Manage legal risks and dispute resolution.  

*Requirements:*  

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).  

- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CFA) with Microfinance certification (mandatory).  

- 10–15 years of experience in banking or microfinance, with 5+ years in senior management.  

- Previous CEO, MD, or similar leadership experience is an advantage.
