Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Analyze customer service data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and generate performance reports.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce resolution times and improve satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles, preferably in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience handling customer complaints.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics for customer service performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
