Responsibilities:
-Proper Book-keeping and information management
-Must be computer literate
-Keep information confidential and secure by recommended storage and Backups
-Keep up with information system trends, policies, regulation and legislation
-Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, etc
-Attend meetings and keep minutes.
-Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate to proper channels.
handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming corresspondence (e-mail, letter, packages, etc)
-Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost effective orders
-Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
-Ensure cleanliness of work space and office
-Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or HND/OND/NCE .
-Must have completed NYSC.
-Proven experience in the position above, preferably in aTrading company or related industry.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-strong work ethic.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google drive.
-Proficiency in online and offline filing system
Salary
N70,000 monthly.
