Role Overview:
A leading Architecture firm in Victoria Island, Lagos is seeking an Admin Manager/Personal Assistant to support operations and assist the executive team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in administrative and personal assistant roles, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility needs, coordinating with vendors and service providers as necessary.
• Develop and implement administrative systems to improve office workflow and productivity.
2. Executive Support
• Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and organize meetings and appointments for executives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required for executive meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact between executives and other staff, clients, or stakeholders.
3. Communication & Correspondence
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
• Draft and review documents, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
4. Event & Travel Management
• Plan and coordinate company events, team meetings, and other activities.
• Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics for executives and other team members as required.
Requirements:
• BSC/HND in Business Administration or it’s equivalent. An MSc is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in administrative management or personal assistant role.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Location: Must reside on the island in Lagos for proximity.
• Professional Attributes: High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
