Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Advisor to join our HCM team on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll administration, compensation structures, and benefits programs. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization remains competitive during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines and tax regulations.
* Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies aligned with company goals.
* Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory programs.
* Advise on compensation packages, including salaries, bonuses, and incentives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
* Knowledge of SAGE software is an added advantage
* Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
