APPLICANT MUST RESIDE ON THE ISLAND
The customer service representative is responsible for communicating with customers in person, via phone, email or online chat and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Cross sell the company’s product and services to prospective clients and already existing client base.
* Maintain customer records and update customer information
* Work with internal teams to follow up on customer feedback to ensure customer’s needs are met in a timely fashion
* Respond to calls, respond to email, handle customer enquiries and complaints made over phone and for walking clients
Job Requirements :
* Ability to communicate with high profile Clients.
* Atleast 2 years experience as a customer service representative
* Confident
* Degree holder
* Background in Sales or marketing
* Proficiency in using computers and office software
