 Reports to:  Corporate Sales Manager 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving sales growth by building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent service. 

  Implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share 

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential sales opportunities. 

 Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of cement orders and resolve any customer issues related to product delivery or quality. 

 Meet or exceed the monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management and relationship building. 

 Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, presenting key insights and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager. 

 Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and benefits. 

 Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and manage documentation related to client contracts, payment collections, and order tracking. 

 Any other responsibilities assigned by the Corporate Sales Manager or the MD 

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS 

 A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field 

 A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management. 

 Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer service abilities. 

 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
