Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth and build strong client relationships. This role involves:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 

- Developing and implementing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. 

- Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills. 

- A proven track record in sales or networking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience in business development, real estate, insurance or banking sector.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
