JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and implement business strategies tailored to various projects and management to drive growth and market share.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, Agreement, proposal)
• Identify and chase contract jobs and services with government agencies
• Identify and chase contract jobs and services in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Set clear, achievable objectives and benchmarks to measure strategic success in the context of project management.
• * Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
• Source for tenders published.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up. Developing rapport with key decision-makers.
• Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
• Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc) to create sales opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports on the progress and outcomes of various initiatives for review by senior management.
• Make data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments or enhancements to improve business outcomes.
• Lead the business development team by setting goals, providing guidance, and motivating team members to excel.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2-4 years experience in business development (experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus.)
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
