The Company is currently sourcing for an experienced HR Manager with specialization in Talent Management with focus on succession planning and performance management. 

Our Ideal candidate is an unconventional HR practitioner that understands the challenges of managing talent in this digital age and the dynamics to building a high performing workforce. 

Requirements:

First degree in any relevant fields

MBA or Masters will be an added advantage 

Professional certification in CIPM/SHRM

5 years work experience with at least 3years in a leadership capacity driving HR initiatives and strategy, preferably from a Consulting or Technology firm.

Must have the ability to develop and implement people management framework and champion orginsational culture

Excellent communication and people management skills
