Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Sales/Operations Analyst to join our team in Abuja. This position plays a crucial role in delivering world-class customer service, ensuring client requests are fulfilled through seamless operational processes. As the primary point of contact for our customers and Business Development team, you will be essential in maintaining exceptional service standards, solving customer inquiries, and supporting sales colleagues in building positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Open and manage client accounts with accuracy and ensure KYC documentation verification.
-Maintain client accounts and portfolios in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
-Manage mandate processing, liaising with -Operations and Registrar for inter-member transfers and portfolio consolidations.
-Act as a client relations ambassador, regularly checking in with clients to ensure high-quality service.
-Support sales and business development by providing in-depth product and service information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
1-3 years of experience; previous customer service experience is a plus.
Experience in capital or equity markets is an advantage.
