Our client - A Tech Solutions Provider is seeking a passionate and proactive Growth Executive to join their Business Development & Partnerships Team. This role is focused on driving sales growth and building long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, maintaining CRM data, conducting sales calls, and consistently achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales to contribute to the organization's profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities Includes:
• Create effective sales strategies and set measurable goals to drive revenue.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Address queries and resolve complaints while engaging with potential customers.
• Draft high-quality, tailored proposals and quotes for clients.
• Utilize sales software and maintain CRM data for accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in B2B sales.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships for long-term engagement and repeat business.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation, client presentations, and closing deals.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and sales software; skilled in contract negotiation and delivering impactful presentations.
