INDUSTRY: LOAN/LENDING

SALARY: 250,000 -300,000net

Expectations 

*Initiate and continue  communication with customers until they clear their debts

*meetly daily, weekly and monthly targets

 Plan, design, and implement an overall risk management process for the organization.

 Ensure that credit risk measurement and monitoring frameworks are developed and implemented by the organization in a standardized manner.

 Coming up with effective plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

 Manage the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework as well as Credit Policy Guidelines

 Improve and optimize credit approval, recovery, and collection processes as well as operational efficiencies. 

 Evaluating business activities such as investments, to evaluate or assess compliance risk

Requirements

Must live within lekki and its environment 

 HND or B.Sc in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline.

 Minimum of 5 years and more relevant work experience as a Credit Analyst/Recovery/collections officer

 Experience with hands-on customer relationship management

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to maintain confidentiality

 Proficiency with financial reports and statements
