We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a proactive approach to building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end hiring process; partner with department heads to identify staffing needs.

 • Employee Relations: Serve as the main contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.

 • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes; support managers in setting goals and providing feedback.

 • Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with Nigerian labor laws; maintain accurate employee records.

 • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll and develop competitive compensation packages.

 • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

 • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

 • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
