About the role:
We are looking to hire an Account Officer who will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records at all times
2. Processing of invoices: Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments promptly, in compliance with company policies
3. Reconciliation of financial transactions daily
4. File Management: Maintain and ensure all necessary documentation for transactions is kept for reference and audit purposes when necessary
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
• 2/3 years experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
