Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and goal-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting SwiftDataHub’s services to POS operators and other small businesses in Abeokuta and Ogun State. This is a field-based role where you will actively engage with potential clients, build relationships, and increase service usage among POS networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to POS operators and small businesses, presenting SwiftDataHub’s services and benefits.
- Drive customer acquisition by explaining our services for data, airtime, bill payments, and cable subscriptions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with POS operators, ensuring ongoing usage and loyalty.
- Organize and conduct promotional activities, workshops, and training sessions to educate potential users about our offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our services and address any challenges faced by customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development, preferably within the POS or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with POS operations and digital payment services is a plus.
- Minimum of an OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
