Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen incoming calls, inquiries, and requests directed to the MD, prioritizing and responding appropriately Manage the MD's calendar, travel arrangements, and accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Take minutes, notes, and action items during meetings, and follow up on action points to ensure completion
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the MD, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.
Requirements
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Qualifications: OND/ B.Sc/HND in any field
- 1-2 years experience in any Administrative position
- Computer literacy (proficiency in the use of Ms word, PowerPoint &Excel)
