Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain master data, including updates, deletions, and report generation.
- Compile, verify, and input data accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity.
- Research and complete missing documents for seamless processing.
- Adhere to data security policies and guidelines.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and access relevant files.
- Process confidential information with discretion.
- Store and back up completed work in designated locations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Fast typing skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office equipment (PCs, scanners, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
- Must be honest, motivated, and reliable.
- Additional computer training or certifications are a plus.
- Experience in written customer service (emails, blog posts, social media) is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time (40 hours minimum).
- Monday to Friday: 7 am to 4 pm EST (1 pm to 10 pm Nigeria WAT), with a 1-hour break.
- During the USA's daylight-saving time (March to November), hours will adjust to 12 pm to 9 pm WAT.
- After completing the initial three-month probation period, you can choose a more flexible schedule: three days per week following the regular hours and two days from 8 am to 5 pm WAT.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of ₦70,000 to ₦100,000 per month.
