1. Recent graduate or current NYSC participant.

2. Background or a keen interest in Economics/Financial services (a degree in economics, business administration, engineering, MIS, computer science, or mathematics is preferred but not mandatory).

3. CFA/CFI is an added advantage.

4. Highly organized and structured.

5. Demonstrates a strong aptitude.
